Glassflake Coating
Glassflake coating systems work on the principle of forming a tortuous path of platelets within the coating film, which results in a significant reduction in permeation rates. Glassflakes also increase the hardness of epoxy and polyester resin coatings, giving higher resistance to surface wear.

AASH – COAT Polyester Glassflake Coating System
GRADE: GA 200 Series
AASH – COAT Grade GA 200 Series coatings high build coating system in which laminar glass fillers are embedded in solvent free matrix of polyester resin offering an excellent resistance against atmospheric moisture penetration.
These products are recommended where long-lasting performance is required. Their unique characteristics are optimum protection from the harshest and most severe operating environments, make them an ideal choice for metal, concrete and other substrates.

GRADE: GA 300 Series
AASH – COAT Grade GA 300 Series are glass flake reinforced vinylester glass flake coating. It is an ultra-high build, long term corrosion protection across the full pH range (1-14).
These products area recommended for areas subject to extreme chemical environment both immersed and gaseous, mechanical wear and where future maintenance is challenging.
