AASH – COAT Anti-corrosive Surface Tolerant Coating Systems
GRADE: STP 700 System
AASH – COAT STP 700 Surface Tolerant Systems are wet & rust tolerant primer come finishing coating systems which to be applied to surface standard as low as Sa 1, WJ-4 or St2 by brush roller or airless spray.
The system’s long -term performance is based on complete sealing the surface and arresting the rust totally.
Rain water and high humidity has no effect on freshly painted surface, exceptional corrosion resistance and used extensively for protection against corrosion under insulation.
It is also usable for immersion resistance in fresh and saline water. It is tough and abrasion-resistant coating offers good long-term corrosion protection.
It has been specifically designed for high performance coating which can be over-coated with coloured PU topcoats if required.
This system has been utilized by almost all major marine, offshore, petrochemical and power generation plants.

GRADE: GB 600 system
AASH – COAT GB 600 Chemical Resistance Coating system are 100% solvent less coating system which offer excellent acid/alkali and corrosion resistance properties.
The components are high build systems with heavy duty impermeable chemical resistance barrier suitable to metal and concrete surface.
The coatings are maintenance free, long life and coupled with ease of reparability makes the system’s very useful and economical.

AASH – COAT REBUILDING CERAMIC PUTTY
GRADE: GA 900 MR
AASH – COAT Grade GA 900 MR is two component repair composites based on a ceramic steel reinforce polymer systems.
The system recommended for repair and rebuilding metals damaged by abrasion, erosion and corrosions.
The systems can be applied without need any special tools. It will bond almost to any surface. The multipurpose repair and rebuilding composites will not be corroded and it is resistance to wide range of chemical

AASH – COAT Brushable Ceramic Coating System
GRADE: GA 900
AASH – COAT Grade GA 900 is a two-component high strength coating for the metal surface subjected to erosion and corrosion.
The system is designed and recommended for resurfacing the metals and offer protection of effect of erosion, corrosion and abrasion in fluid flow systems.
The system is excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of chemical.

AASH – COAT Under Water Coating System
GRADE: GA 500 UW systems
AASH – COAT GA 500 UW systems Under water systems are an advance product made from a blend of polymers and hardener. It is high glossy finish ensuring ease of decontamination.
The systems are recommended for on damp, wet surface and underwater coating /repair of various substrates.
Repairs holes, leaks, chips and defects with minimum effort and downtime and it is resistance to chlorinated water and sea water.

AASH – COAT ACRYLIC ALIPHATIC POLYURETHANE COATING
GRADE: GA 1110 systems
AASH – COAT Grade GA 500 1110 systems provides a tough impermeable barrier suitable for most surfaces.
The coating is superior for anti- corrosion protection along with good resistance to chlorine, weathering and exhibits excellent gloss retention properties and can be used over wide range of coating.
The system to be used both new and as a maintenance finish in a wide variety of environments including offshore structures, chemical and petrochemical plants, bridges, pulp and paper mills and power industries.
