AASH – COAT Zinc Phosphate Primer
GRADE: EPI COTE 50
AASH-COTE EPI-COTE 50 system is a two pack anti-corrosive epoxy primer for use on steel surfaces.
This primer system is ideally designed for offering superior performance in highly corrosive chemical and coastal environments. It can be over-coated with epoxy, chloro-rubber and polyurethane top coats.
The coatings attained water resistance within 30 mins of application and is unaffected by rain, condensation or dew.
Recommended for protection of various fertilizer, refineries, chemical and other plants applied in diverse area of thank exteriors, equipment, pipelines, structural steel etc.
AASH – COAT Zinc Free Epoxy primer
GRADE: EPI COTE 60
AASH-COTE EPI-COTE 60 system is two pack Zinc Free anti-corrosive epoxy primer for use on steel surfaces.

GRADE: GA 701 – SPE
AASH-COTE GA 701 – SPE is a two pack self-priming high build polyamine adduct cured epoxy primer coating system.
Surface tolerant innovative coating, which protects the substrate by priming and finishing all in one coat.
superior anti- corrosion protection along with good resistance to chlorine, weathering and exhibits excellent gloss retention properties. Can be used over a wide range of coatings.
Recommended for structural protection, pylons (suitable for aged and new galvanized substrates), jetties, columns, pillars etc.
AASH – COAT Heat Resistance Aluminum Paint ( 250 Deg C)
GRADE: EPI – COTE 1000
AASH-COTE EPI – COTE 1000 is a one pack high luster aluminum paint possessing excellent durability and weather resistant properties.
The product is designed to withstand a constant working temperature of 250° C and can also be used as a heat reflecting coating
Recommended for use outside storage tanks, pipe stacks, ducting radiator, boiler fronts, chimneys as well as structural steel etc.

AASH – COAT Epoxy High Build MIO
GRADE: EPI – COTE 1880
AASH – COTE EPI – COTE 1880 is a two pack high build epoxy coating based with on laminar micaceous Irion oxide (MIO) Pigment suitable for application on structural steel, bridges, cranes, exterior of storage tanks, tower docks installations etc.
It can be used as an Intermediate of finish paint system. The cured film has excellent propertied for durability, toughness and abrasion resistance obtainable in minimum of coats.
The compatible top coat of Epoxy Finish or PU can be applied over the coating system if required

AASH – COAT High Build Epoxy Paint
GRADE: GA 500 -HB
AASH-COTE GA 500-HB is a two-pack solvent less modified epoxy cold cured coating system with polyamine hardener.
The system provides a tough impermeable barrier suitable for steel – Pipeline Internal, External (underground), Ship Ballast Tanks etc, Pumps and Valves and as anti-corrosive flooring system for concrete. Has excellent resistance to marine atmosphere, most chemical and abrasive environments
Suitable for chemicals through the pH range (within the chemical & temperature limits). Specifically formulated to cater the needs to Marine Environments. Potable Water Tanks etc

AASH – COAT Alkyd Enamel Paint
GRADE: GA 801
AASH – COTE GA 801 is a one pack glossy alkyd enamel system which forms a weather resistant coating.
It is flexible and resistant to salt water and spillage of mineral oils and other products
Provides as a general-purpose finishing coat in alkyd systems on exterior and interior steel and woodwork in mildly to moderately corrosive environment. As a finishing coat in engine rooms including tank tops, main engines, structures etc.

GRADE: RC 100
AASH – COTE RC 100 is a single pack water based acrylic emulsion system ideal for converting rust into inert and stable barrier
Penetrates deeply into rusted and pitted surfaces to displace residual surface moisture and air forms a chemical resistant barrier.
AASH – COAT Chlorinated Rubber Bases Finish Paint
GRADE: EPI -COTE – CR 100
AASH – COTE EPI – COTE – CR 100 is a chlorinated rubber-based finish paint having properties like water impermeability, resistance to salt spray, spillage and fumes of most acids, salt solutions and corrosive gases.
Recommended for use on steel structures and concrete surfaces of chemical and fertilizer industries, battery rooms, breweries, laundries, swimming pools, pulp & paper plants.
AASH – COAT Acrylic Aliphatic Polyurethane
GRADE: GA 1110-PU
AASH-COTE GA 1110-PU provides a tough impermeable barrier suitable for most surfaces.
Suitable to be used in both new and as a maintenance finish in a wide variety of environments including offshore structures, chemical and petrochemical plants, bridges, pulp and paper mills and power industries. Excellent chemical, water and abrasion resistance.

AASH – COAT Coal Tar Epoxy
GRADE: 800 CTE
AASH-COTE 800 CTE is a two component amines adduct cured high solids coal tar epoxy paint designed to combine the toughness, adhesion and chemical resistance of epoxy resins with the water resistance of coal tar pitch.
The product is excellent in total or partial or intermittent immersion in salt or fresh water. It is superb in most severe corrosive environments and suitable for use in conjunction with Cathodic protection.
It has excellent resistance to waste water, fuel oil, crude oil, lubricating oil and spillage of acids and alkalis
